An approach that you can see, feel and taste

The attitude with which we farm and produce wines at the Alois Lageder Winery is reflected in the Paradeis. We see the winery as a farm organism, a living microcosm with a diversity of plants and animals. The goal is a natural cycle between soil, plants, animals and humans.

The organically certified Paradeis restaurant is an important part of this cycle. Everything that the farm produces - from the grapes from our vineyards, to the olive trees, our own oxen, pigs and chickens and the seasonally varying produce from our own garden - all of this is found on the plate. In addition, there are products from organic and biodynamic farmers with whom we have a trusting partnership.
