In addition to the produce from our own farm, products from our partners enrich the restaurant's cuisine. We work closely with organic and biodynamic farmers who supply us with high-quality products - from vegetables and fruit to cheese, fish and meat. Our partners mainly come from different areas of the region and they all have one thing in common: a continuous, close exchange and trusting collaboration with our kitchen team.
